Install Headless and Web
    sudo apt-get install deluged deluge-web deluge-console


Samba

sudo apt install samba
sudo nano /etc/samba/smb.conf

[storage]
   comment = Storage
   path = /mnt/storage
   read only = no
   browsable = yes

sudo smbpasswd -a james
sudo systemctl restart smbd
